📩 Easy Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition

- It must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached

- Proof of purchase is required

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

💰 Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.


🚚 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to receive a different product or color, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
